Imphal Aug 7: The NPF Churachandpur division deplored the Manipur state government particularly finance department for making lapse the BRGF 2012-13 to the tune of 10.74 crores which was allocated and sanctioned by the Ministry of RD government of India for Churachandpur dist the reason best known to them said the president on Wednesday.
