statement said a PREPAK (PRO) Army No
41926 Self Styled L/Cpl Name Khangembam Athoi Singh alias Ibomcha resident of
Kumbi Uchalungmang, PO Kumbi, PS Kumbi, Dist Bishnupur surrendered to the Red
Shield Division alongwith one 7.62 mm Pistol and one magazine. The individual
joined PREPAK (PRO) outfit in Feb 2010 and has also operated in camps in
Myanmar.
